Saturday, September 28th: St. Paul’s Parish Ellicott City, MD
Sunday, September 29th: Institute for Psychological Sciences Arlington, VA*
*Arlington event is Metro accessible via the Crystal City Metro station.
Join fellow Catholic women for a day retreat to deepen your relationship with Christ and come to a greater understanding of true feminine identity. The day will focus on authentic femininity, the role of the Sacraments – especially Reconciliation – as the foundation of our relationship with God, and our mission as true Catholic women living and sharing Christ’s message. Explore how to look to the Blessed Mother as an example of authentic Catholic womanhood, discover the healing gift of grace, and learn how to mentor a new generation of children to respect authentic Catholic femininity. Presentations will draw from the wisdom of John Paul II in his “Theology of the Body,” his “Letter to Women,” and his encyclical “On the Dignity and Vocation of Women,” among others. The day includes 3 presentations from inspiring Catholic speakers, confession, Mass, a Q&A session, and catered lunch.
